Please be aware that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy at My Skin Spa Clinic. If you wish to cancel, or rearrange your appointment you need to let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. Unfortunately you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment, or alternatively forfeit a treatment if you are on a pre-paid course if the cancellation period is not adhered to. Please be aware if that if you arrive for a pre-booked laser/IPL treatment, and it is considered unsafe to continue your treatment due to recent sun exposure or the skin holding a tan (real or fake) you will also be liable to pay the cancellation fee.
We hope you understand that our appointments are limited and we constantly endeavour to accommodate appointments for all of our clients at the times and days most convenient to them. Therefore, it is a waste of appointment time if a clinic room has been booked out for a treatment that cannot be carried out due to a last minute cancellation

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment or product purchases. However, if you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product or offer you a credit note. This policy does not apply to products which have been used or opened.

Child Supervision In Clinic

Children are welcome into our clinic however we regret that our staff members are unable to supervise children during treatments for both health and safety and insurance purposes. Please could we politely ask? that you do not bring your children along to your appointment with us unless they are supervised by another adult. Children will not be allowed into treatment rooms for health and safety reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Consultation Fee

Consultations for laser hair removal & skin treatments are completely free! We will however ask for a fully refundable £25 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will either be fully refunded after your consultation or deducted from the cost of treatment/products you purchase. A £50 deposit is taken for consultations with our Medical team for any injectable treatments and prescription skincare, this is fully redeemable off the cost of treatment or prescription skincare as prescribed should you decide to proceed. Unfortunately due to appointment demand if you fail to give us 48 hours’ notice or do not attend your consultation the deposit will not be non-refundable.

Courses of treatments

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses (except tattoo removal*) must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited. *Tattoo removal treatments must be taken within 24 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 24 months will be forfeited.
When booking a laser hair removal course of treatment, the first 2 appointments must be taken in the clinic where the treatment course was originally purchased.
Value packs are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.
All pre-paid treatment packages impacted by COVID-19 will be extended by the period of time impacted.

1) Appointment & Cancellations

All My skin spa staff are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols, and therefore My skin spa does not guarantee continued treatment with a named staff member.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require a 48 hours notice. Failure to give this notice will result in you being charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equivalent to the full treatment cost. This will also result in you paying for all future treatments in advance. Clients who have purchased a course of treatments but fail to attend their appointment will be charged for their missed treatment.

For cancellations or to reschedule your appointment, please call the clinic in which your appointment is to take place and speak to a My skin spa team member. Answer phone messages will not be accepted.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of your appointment. My skin spa will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, from time to time this may not happen due to constraints beyond our control and we, therefore, reserve the right to cancel or postpone your appointment at a short notice.
Before your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

If you pay for a treatment up front in clinic you will not get this refunded if you change your mind. However, you do have the option and you can use the amount you have paid towards another treatment.

2) Credit Car Details, Payments and Deposits

A deposit of £25 is due by cash or will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment.
The deposit will go towards the cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment.

All treatment bookings must be paid for in full, on arrival at the clinic, prior to treatment commencing.
Purchased courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please be aware the deposit is non-refundable.

4) Treatment Suitability

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.

5) Refusal of Treatment

We have the right to refuse you treatment without reservation. If you do not advise us of any medical conditions that may hinder you from having the treatment we reserve the right to refuse treatment to you and charge you fully for the cancellation.

6) Liability

My skin spa will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services that we offer to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provideMy skin spa with all relevant medical history and pre-existing medical conditions prior to each treatment.

My skin spa will not be liable for any damage including personal injury sustained as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by or on behalf of My skin spa regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit My skin spa liability for death or any personal injury resulting from My skin spa negligence or any of its agents.

7) Special Offers / Vouchers

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer – discounts only apply against RRP.

When a booking is made with a voucher, the voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to turn up to your appointment will result in forfeiting your voucher. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your voucher booking. Management decisions are final and are not open for discussion.

8) Receiving Emails / Letters From Third Party Businesses

My skin spa and their associated directors, have the right to charge a fee which will be decided on each individual case to respond to any letters or emails or provide documentation requested by third parties, such as solicitors, image agencies, government bodies, and so on. If you do decide to make the first contact, you or the company you represent agree to these terms and conditions and accept the charges we invoice to you or the company that is acting on your behalf including but not limited to solicitors.

9) Deposits

100% fee will be charged in the event of no-show.

Deposits are non-refundable unless you are unable to proceed with the treatment for medical reasons.

10) Form Submissions

After making an enquiry using a form on the site, your details will be stored in our secure database. You may receive occasional news and offers from My skin spa, which you can opt out of at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. My skin spa will never give your details to third parties.

11) Clinic Location

My Skin Spa clinic will always do our upmost to keep your appointment at the clinic of your choice, however we may have to change your location to another clinic. In the event of any changes we need to make, including change of location due to closure of clinic, refit and existing work being carried out, staff shortages.
 

Refer a Friend T&C’s

Referrer must be an existing client of My Skin Spa Clinic
Existing client and new client will both receive £30 in credit on their account to be used against treatments only.
Credit is valid for 12 months.
Credit is only valid once the New Client purchases their first treatment. Minimum spend is £200.
This card must be presented by the new client when they purchase their first treatment. Credit cannot be applied retrospectively.
There is no maximum number of friends you can refer.
There is no maximum credit the existing client can redeem against any single treatment.
Credit cannot be redeemed against retail products.
No cash alternative can be offered.
£20 credit must be used in full. No change can be given or carried forwards.
Valid for referrals until 31st December 2022.
